TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
(1) This Dream Weekend with MoneyGram Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized in the United Kingdom by MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc., (“MoneyGram” or the “Promoter”), located at 1550 Utica Avenue South, Suite 100, St. Louis Park, MN 55416, USA.
(2) The Promotion is open to all residents in the Great Britain aged 18 years and above, except the following:
- (a) employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of the Promoter; and
- (b) anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
Family members referred to in these Terms and Conditions include but are not limited to: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
(3) The term of the Promotion is from 12.01 am (BST) 14th June 2023 to 11.59 pm (BST) 29th June 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
(4) The Promotion is open to customers who send money via MoneyGram’s proprietary online platform (MGO) and through MoneyGram’s App from the Great Britain during the Promotion Period to anywhere in the world (“Qualifying Transaction”) and those who enter the promo code WINBIGUK at the point of transaction. No minimum transaction amount is required.
(5) Any transfer send transaction refunded by MoneyGram due to legal, compliance, regulatory or fraud related reasons will not be counted or considered as a Qualifying Transaction.
(6) Every customer who transacts and enters the promo code WINBIGUK will receive one (1) entry to enter the Promotion for every Qualifying Transaction. This Promotion shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.
(7) Promotion Prize
There will be:
1 weekend experience for two people (2) at the WTF1 Clubhouse at Silverstone, including:
- Weekend access (Thursday July 6-Sunday July 9) to WTF1 Clubhouse campground
- 2-person Bell Tent
- Food & Beverage for four (4) days
- Two (2) grandstand tickets in premier grandstand area
- Dinner in Whittlebury Hall Hotel on one (1) night
- Hotel and pool wristband access
- Buggy transfers to and from Clubhouse to circuit entrance
Should the winner be living outside of the London area, economy class domestic flight/train tickets to the grounds will be arranged.
The prize will be administered by the Promoter.
The total maximum value of the prize per winner is up to £4000.
(8) At the end of the Promotion MoneyGram’s technical teams will extract all transactions made with the promo code WINBIGUK during the Promotion Period from MoneyGram online between 14th June 2023 and on 29h June 2023 and draw the winner as follows via a randomized computer process after removing all multiple transactions from the same individual:
Following this draw and knowing that MoneyGram is in possession of the contact information of all persons who have made a Qualifying Transaction, it will contact the winner by phone within 5 days of the draw date.
(9) At any moment of the Promotion, specifically when notified by phone, the winner can opt-out from the Promotion as well as from accepting the prize. Once this right is executed the customer will not be contacted again during the course of this Promotion. The Promoter will comply with the customer’s request.
(10) To claim the prize, the winner must provide at least one (1) valid ID and a proof of the Qualifying Transaction.
(11) The winner will be contacted by phone, according to the phone number that was transmitted when sending the money, knowing that these elements are imperative in the process of sending a transaction. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to provide correct contact information. The organizer cannot be held responsible for the impossibility for a participant to obtain his or her prize due to incorrect or missing information. In case of no response within 8 hours of prize notification, three phone calls not answered in the period of 4 hours, or the winner rejects the prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize.
(12) We may ask the winner to give their consent for publishing their photos, name, nationality, and country of residence on a MoneyGram website/social media after the Promotion. You can withdraw your consent for such an activity at any time.
(13) If any winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in this Promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.
(14) The Promoter’s decision in all matters to do with the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered.
(15) Winners are responsible for tax liability where applicable.
(16) Any pictures depicting the prizes on advertisements, posters or video on social etc. are representative and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
(17) Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss nor damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered.
(18) The Promoter disclaims any warranty or representation in relation to the prizes (except for cash) and shall not be responsible for the proper functioning of the prizes or any defect, loss or injury resulting from the use of the prizes.
(19) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the relevant legislative authority.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the Terms and Conditions and MoneyGram’s Global Privacy Notice. We may share your information with third parties as explained in our Privacy Notice and these Terms and Conditions. You have the right of access to data concerning you, the right to rectification and erasure of such data, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to data portability. (21) These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior Terms and Conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
