The Austrian Grand Prix has seen some pretty memorable races over the years but one that really stands out (other than that Ferrari-switch one) was the 1975 race that took place in horrendous weather conditions.
Vittorio Brambilla was an accident prone F1 driver who only only took a handful of points during his career, yet unbelievably, he somehow managed to win a race… hang on a minute, that sounds familiar.
Brambilla though did something Pastor Maldonado could only dream of by crashing into the wall seconds after crossing the line to take his one and only Formula One win. What a legend.
