Over the last year or so Fernando Alonso has unveiled some truly mega helmet designs. His normal Formula 1 helmet is already one of the better ones on the grid, but his retro black design for the Indy 500 and cool white Daytona 24 Hours lid took things to another level.
Now, apparently, he’s at it again and has been teasing some shots of a new helmet design.

Those are some pretty bold colours and it looks relatively simple, which matches up with the style of the ones he used at Indy and Daytona. Does that mean this is going to be his Le Mans helmet? Might it be the one he uses for the entire WEC season?
Then again, there’s a McLaren logo on it – is this going to be his new F1 helmet? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
