Scalextric have revealed a new Formula One set that will feature the 2014 championship-winning Mercedes F1 W05 Hybrid and the not-so-impressive McLaren MP4-29. Being 2015, the set includes Scalextric’s revolutionary new ‘App Race Control’ which allows you to control races using your smart phone and even share race results and lap times on social media.
The set is expected to be released in June at the price of £149.99, or you can buy the cars separately for around 40 quid. Also new this year will be the option to buy track packs, that allows you to recreate your favourite Formula One circuits… if you have a big enough living room.
