Two Cadillac prototypes made contact with just four minutes to go while battling for the lead of the race.
This year’s Daytona 24 Hours was won in controversial fashion when the Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac beat the Action Express Racing Cadillac to victory by just half a second.
Just five minutes from the end, Ricky Taylor made a late lunge on Filipe Albuquerque into turn one, putting Albuquerque into a spin. No action was taken against the American.

Things were equally as exciting in the GTLM class as cars from Ferrari, Ford, Porsche and Corvette were locked in a thrilling battle for the lead.

Dirk Muller came out on top to take the class win for the Chip Ganassi Racing Ford GT.
