This Crash Shows Why You Should Always Give Racing Room

Fernando Alonso knows all about how you have to leave a space, and this crash in a junior series shows exactly why.

The incident happened in the final round of the Formula 4 Nueva Generation championship in Argentina (which has a website straight out of the late 1990s) at the Autodromo Juan Manuel Fangio.

The appropriately-named Ariel Arcuro tries to pass camera-car Marcos Sotro along the straight, but then does a bit of a Vettel at Istanbul in 2010 and moves across too early, causing the accident.

It’s good to see Sotro running off to help at the end of the video too. Thankfully Arcuro was ok despite the huge flip, only suffering bruising.
