Back in 2004, F1 cars put on a show for thousands of fans in the UK Capital of London. Now, 13 years later, it’s going to happen again as part of the first ever ‘F1 Live London’ event at the famous Trafalgar Square on Wednesday evening (July 12).
Liberty Media have done some pretty cool things since taking over Formula 1 but this has to be one of the best.

Current teams and drivers will be putting on a live show at 17:30 BST for a huge crowd, with hundreds of thousands of fans expected to head down to Trafalgar Square to see them in action.
It’s all in the hope of bringing F1 fans old and new closer to the action, and it’ll be the first time that all race teams have come together outside of a race weekend.
The event’s announcement comes on a day when Silverstone is expected to terminate its contract to host the British Grand Prix beyond 2019.
That of course can only mean one thing. Brace yourselves, London Grand Prix rumours are coming.
F1 Live London will be held at Trafalgar Square on Wednesday July 12 from 12:00 BST until 21:00 BST. The live F1 demo begins at 17:30 BST.
