F1 Has Announced A Three-Year Partnership With UNICEF

F1 has announced a three-year global partnership with UNICEF. You may remember F1 launching a UNICEF appeal in support of Ukraine last season, where all 20 drivers came together to support the campaign ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Now, this partnership will help give the world’s most vulnerable children access to quality education, including in key areas such as science, technology, engineering and maths, as well as support UNICEF’s humanitarian response around the world through a donation to their emergency fund.

This fund would help protect children in emergencies, such as the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.

An incredible part of this partnership between F1 and UNICEF is they will work together to improve digital access through the expansion of the Learning Passport, a portable digital platform that enables children to continue learning online and offline. With F1’s support, the programme will be able to expand to another 19 countries on top of the 26 that are operational already.

F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali said: “Every child has a right to a quality education and to be protected during emergencies.

“We are proud that we can play a role in ensuring the most vulnerable children are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals.”

What an excellent partnership!
