Fred Vasseur Is Now Officially Ferrari’s Fifth F1 Boss In Nine Years

*insert the pretends to be shocked GIF here*

One of the worst-kept secrets in F1 is now official, as Fred Vasseur is confirmed as Ferrari’s new Team Principal for 2023.

After the announcement of Mattia Binotto resigning from his role at the end of the season and Alfa Romeo confirming Fred’s departure this morning, we all kinda saw this one coming…

However, that doesn’t mean that it’s not still a big piece of news!

Vasseur is obviously well-known in the motorsport world, and especially to Charles Leclerc, having spent time with him in junior formulas and during his debut year in F1.

Do you think Vasseur is the right choice for Ferrari? Let us know.
