A suspension failure early in the session pitched the Toro Rosso driver into the barriers at high speed
Brendon Hartley’s session came to an early end on the run down to Brooklands. The front-left suspension collapsed and sent him spearing into the tyre barriers. He was incredibly lucky that the car didn’t dig into the gravel and flip over - although it looks like it came mighty close.
Hartley walked away and was OK after a quick trip to the medical centre, but it doesn’t look like he’s going to be taking part in qualifying. The guy doesn’t get much luck, does he?
