It’s been 30 years since McLaren built the MP4/4 and absolutely smashed everyone, winning 15 of the 16 races with a great chassis, two of the greatest F1 drivers of all-time and a Honda engine that was actually good.
At Imola, the second race of the season, Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost lapped the entire field on their way to a crushing one-two. The team of artists at Unique & Limited commemorated the occasion with a digital recreation of the moment third-placed Nelson Piquet was lapped by leader Senna, using his nephew Bruno as a reference.
