Because the words McLaren and Honda didn’t already make us feel all nostalgic, the team have gone and released a short but sweet teaser for the new era of McLaren Honda. While it mainly focusses on F1 there’s also tonnes of eighties references in the video from cassette tapes to Star Wars.
The video also includes a sketch of what looks like a 2015 nose cone. Could it be the first glimpse of the new car? Did a small child really design it? Will Alonso have shaved his beard? All will be revealed on January 29th.
