Completing the trio of today’s launches is Racing Point – or to give the team its full title, SportPesa Racing Point. Actually, it’s rather cleverly stylised as SportPesa Racing • – but for the sake of ease we think we’ll stick to typing out the world ‘Point’.

Since this is just a livery reveal for now and not a full reveal of the new car, let’s just stick to looking at the colour scheme – which, thankfully, is still mostly pink. The BWT sponsorship Force India introduced has quickly become an iconic colour scheme.

This year there are chunks of blue, though, thanks to another sponsorship deal with SportPesa, an online sports betting company. The splashes of silver on the sidepods are nice, too.

We’ll have to wait a bit to see the actual new car and see the new car designation. The team is aiming to recapture the best-of-the-rest status once enjoyed by Force India for 2019. Will the car be good enough, and are Sergio Perez and Lance Stroll up to the task?
