The Australian Grand Prix Isn’t Going Anywhere Anytime Soon

If you’re a fan of when F1 visits Australia, you’re in luck. The race at the new and improved Melbourne circuit has signed a contract extension until the end of 2035!

Albert Park already had a deal with F1 until the end of 2025, but now that’s been extended by a further ten years, with some new agreements thrown in, too.

Additionally, the Aussie crowd will be able to see the popular F2 and F3 races join the weekend’s schedule, too, for the first time from next year 🙌

It’s the longest extension for the Aus GP since the race moved to Melbourne in 1996, with the most recent race there welcoming more than 419,000 fans!

Australia joins the likes of Saudi Arabia, Miami, Bahrain, Qatar and Abu Dhabi in having contracts that go into the next decade 😮

Are you happy to see the Aus GP staying for longer?
