The returning shark fins and new T-Wings have caused quite a stir in F1 since pre-season testing and that’s continued through first practice for the Australian Grand Prix.
Fairly early in the session, the feed switched to footage from Grosjean’s Haas car, facing backwards looking at the shark fin and T-Wing.
But things didn’t look quite right… the aero devices were shaking around violently at speed, and the Albert Park Circuit isn’t even that bumpy when compared to other tracks on the calendar.
It’s not just our slightly tired eyes seeing things, is it?
No, they were definitely shaking around rather alarmingly. Yeah, that’s probably not supposed to happen. We’re no aero experts but maybe Haas need to take a look at that.
