Because the Azerbaijan Grand Prix wasn't crazy enough, the two championship rivals started banging wheels behind the safety car
While last year’s race in Baku had pretty much no action all race, the 2017 Azerbaijan Grand Prix has been absolutely bonkers.
But arguably the most controversial moment came when the two title rivals started banging wheels behind the Safety Car.
Vettel was furious at Hamilton for slowing so much that the Ferrari driver hit the back of him, but then the unthinkable happened as he pulled alongside the Mercedes and turned into him.
Using your car as a weapon is about the worst thing you can do in F1, so the stewards now have a big, BIG call to make.
Update: Vettel was given a 10 second Stop-Go penalty for the contact.
