Valtteri Bottas Draws His Perfect Race Track – WTF1

Valtteri Bottas Draws His Perfect Race Track

We’ve all sat idly with a pen and paper and doodled fantasy race track layouts, or drawn them in the misted-up windows of a car on a long journey, right?

Well, that’s basically what Bottas is doing here as he designs his ideal track layout. It makes quite a nice change from the times we see ‘ultimate’ circuits made from corners of existing tracks. The nearly 360-degree loop looks like it could be interesting…

(function(d, s, id) {
var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
js.src = ‘https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v3.2’;
fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

Valtteri's Perfect Track

There may have been 21 great tracks on the F1 calendar this year, but Valtteri Bottas has something special in mind…

Yeah, we’re totally behind the idea of a Finnish GP. And we can’t help but relate to what appears to have gone on here, where Bottas has realised that he’s running out of paper, and so crams in a load of corners right at the end.
