Kimi Raikkonen and Max Verstappen won’t have to worry about Sebastian Vettel chopping across in front of them at the start of tomorrow’s race, but two weeks on from that first corner clash in Singapore it’s seems to still be fresh in their memory.
Max and Kimi will line up close to each other on the grid again tomorrow, and in the post-qualifying interview they both had a bit of a joke about not wanting a repeat of Singapore.

Ha! Although the whole thing is very light-hearted and spoken with smiles and laughs (a sentence I bet you never thought you’d read with regards to Raikkonen!) it’s clear there’s still a bit of a disagreement over who was to blame – Max feels he was sandwiched, Kimi feels he was hit. Or are we reading too much into it?
Either way, it’s good that they’re able to laugh about it, and it shows just what a cool idea these trackside post-quali interviews continue to be.
