There’s been some incredible on-track action during FIA events this year, from Audi and Porsche going wheel-to-wheel in the WEC to Formula E’s inaugural season ending in dramatic fashion in London.
Formula One though hasn’t enjoyed it’s most thrilling of years, yet an F1 moment still grabbed the FIA’s ‘Action of the Year’ award and who else could it have been than teenage superstar and overtaking master, Max Verstappen.
Verstappen’s insane move around the outside of Felipe Nasr at Blanchimont was voted by fans as the best moment in this year’s FIA championships.
Want to see it again? Of course you do…
Young Max also took home the prize for Rookie of the Year and Personality of the Year at the FIA Gala in Paris.
Not a bad first year in F1 to be honest. Now hands up and admit it, who said this guy was too young to drive in Formula One?
