Part of being a global superstar means signing autographs for fans. A lot of them, too. Sure, it’s probably fun when you’re meeting people, but being stuck in a room signing books… not so much.

Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen got to work on Tuesday ahead of the Australian GP signing books for fans and sponsors – 176 books, to be exact (yeah, we counted).

At least he had that giant picture from his Spanish GP win last year as motivation.

The tedious job was probably made a little better by the super-efficient strategy used, with 16 stacks of 11 books positioned around a table. As Verstappen went around signing them, someone quickly put them in a box.

While we all see the drivers with these glamorous lives and doing what they love on the track, it’s easy to forget the mundane little activities they need to do off it.
