Wikipedia Editor Figures Out Wacky Races Championship Table Based On F1 Points System

Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat and trembling with frustration because you simply don’t know who the champion of cult TV cartoon Wacky Races was?

Well worry no more! One Wikipedia editor has done the hard work of working out the results of all 34 ‘Wacky Races’ and coming up with a championship table based on the scoring system used in Formula One between 1962 and 1990.

Given the fact that their Bouldermobile carries the number 1 it seems appropriate that The Slag Brothers should win the championship, but it was a close run thing with 10 of the 11 drivers scoring wins.

In such a close season in seems ridiculous that Dick Dastardly couldn’t even get a podium, and how he retained his drive is beyond me. Maybe he’s backed by a wealthy Venezuelan state oil company or something.
