In F2 free Practice, there was a bizarre collision in which Roy Nissany and Jack Aitken made contact despite there being plenty of room for both cars.
Nissany appears to misjudge where Aitken’s car is and appears to veer into the Brit’s car too early, causing contact.
The hive mind known as Twitter has cast it’s judgement from the pictures, we’ll let you decide if this was a simple mistake or not.

The session ended with George Russell topping the time sheet and the incident between Jack Aitken and Roy Nissany is under investigation.
