Raikkonen dropped the Ferrari going through the high-speed turn three, skidding across the gravel and making contact with the barriers. And luckily for us, a fan was on hand to film the whole thing!
Although it wasn’t a massive impact it did enough damage to force Ferrari to cut their running short after only completing 53 laps all day.
Ferrari must surely be ruing their decision to hire a young and inexperienced rookie, especially when they see experienced old hands like Lance Stroll driving round smoothly and quickly, providing their team with valuable data. There’s still plenty of time before the first race though, and Kimi will get the hang of it eventually.
