The resident film buff of the Formula 1 grid goes into detail about what filmmakers got right - and wrong - about various racing movies
As motorsport fans, we all go nuts every time a new film about racing or motorsport comes out - only to then sit there and enjoy picking out all the inaccuracies in the racing sequences.
That makes this video by GQ Sports so relatable. We all know how much Daniel Ricciardo loves his films, so who better to analyse racing and driving in films than him? In the video he goes through the key moments from a number of films, dishing out praise and criticism where necessary, along with explanations of some basic driving and racing techniques - all with the classic Danny Ric brand of humour.
Strangely, Rush isn’t one of the films featured - but then again, seeing him rip into the cult ‘classic’ that is Driven more than makes up for it.
