In the early part of last year, McLaren allowed Amazon Prime go behind the scenes and film a documentary on the team’s 2017 season.
It was supposed to be the year when McLaren was back nearer so having a documentary filmed probably seemed like a good idea, but of course Honda went back to square one and the team struggled yet again.
The trailer is out now – sure, it’s a little bit cheesy, but hopefully the actual content should make for some interesting viewing, if only for the prospect of some amusing Fernando Alonso comments.
All four episodes of ‘Grand Prix Driver’ will be available to stream on Amazon Prime from 9 February.
